"OK," Ace thought, as he loaded his gear into the back of the big green van, "I can sleep in the van if I have to."
He closed the door, its red primer coating contrasting with the rest of the van. "I have plenty of cash for gas and food."
He entered the van from it's sliding door on the side. A mattress and pillow lay on the floor. He continued the thought, "And I've got a voltage inverter, so I can even use my computer. That just leaves one problem."
He began backing the van down the driveway, still in thought, "Where am I going to find a broadband connection tonight?
