I’ve spent much of the last couple days hanging out at Kumoricon, an anime convention in Portland Oregon.

I got to talk to Phil and Kaja Foglio, producers of “Girl Genius“, and Greg and Elizabeth Dean of “Real Life“; two of my favorite web comics.  I also ran into several readers (who recognized me in my kilt).  That was cool.

I also learned that one’s Bluetooth headset makes a handy detector when you’ve dropped your phone.

And I met the con chairman.
