Of course, the other possibility is that is a hospital cell,and Ace is there because hospital security put him there. Considering that Steve kind of DID threaten Ace previously(IIRC), unless Ace killed Steve, it could easily be justified as self-defense….(I know hospitals in my area have cells they put people in until police can get there…)
