    I’ve been keeping up with all of your wonderful comics for years, and when I read about Shadow I felt I needed to stop lurking.

    I understand what you’re going through. A couple years ago I had to let my own cat go. To this day, I sometimes find myself wondering where my Tigger is hiding or if there’s enough cat food at home when I’m at the store.

    So don’t worry if you feel you need to hide under the covers bawling for a week clutching her favorite toy, you’re not alone in doing it. I’ve been there.
