Jaz is a realist. She’s not going to shy away from seeing her injuries; they’re a part of her now. But she’s also painfully aware that she’s short, particularly amoung her own family and friends. This is the root of her spontaneous and rambunctious nature. She knows that at some level she’s still mad at herself for the fixes she’s gotten herself in, but she smiles anyway.
PS: Qsilv gets the free print, but if anyone that commented wants one, drop me a fiver ($5) and I’ll send you a print too.
Cheers!

The self-image comics have always been my favorites. It’s a great insight into the characters’ minds.
Did Qsilv win? None of us were exactly right but I think he (she?) mentioned realism. I know the only mention of height was that she’d see herself taller, not shorter.
…(startled laugh!) What fun… thanks very much. It’ll be signed by the author/artist himself, right?
Ok, Obaki… when do we get to see YOU in your mirror?
What I see in the mirror? You want me to scare off more readers?
pfff… we’re an odd lot, y’know… ; >
(Considered auctioning off THAT view?)
