Maybe this is a nit ...
If you&#039;ve got two legs and one of them is weak, you use the cane (or crutch) on the side with the good leg, not the side with the weak leg.
The way Jaz has it now, she&#039;s going to stand on her weak leg all by itself while she swings her cane and her good leg forward.
Either that, or she&#039;ll lean to the left on both her cane and her weak leg while she swings the good leg forward: and it&#039;s hard to walk in a straight line that way.
She needs to have the cane on the ground to take some of her weight while she&#039;s swinging the good leg forward and the rest of her weight is on her weak leg.
If she does that her balance will be better if the cane and the weak leg are on opposite sides of her body.
OK, that&#039;s a nit.
