On “virginity.”
Some of you may notice that the comic has changed slightly. I deleted the prior version along with the comments.
I’m perfectly aware that the state of a woman’s hymen is not proof of virginity either way. Any number of factors may cause a hymen to break well before a penis becomes involved. On rare occasion, the hymen is particularly flexible and durable. Some women are even born without them. Look it up. I found plenty on the subject myself, before I started on this storyline.
Jaz, as you might suspect, was probably considered one of the “bad girls” (it’s not something from the 50′s; that bullshit goes on even today). She would be very aware of “good girls” that were doing the same things, yet publicly claiming virginity while casting aspersions on her own nature. So she might be a little touchy on the subject. You want perfectly clinical, go see her cousin, Dr. Lane.
But, I guess we aren’t going to go that way.

Is it my imagination, or is Maddie’s blouse buttoned one off? It looks like she got the left side up one buttonhole, like she dressed in a hurry.

It sort of does look that way, but that’s more of a glitch than anything meaningful. But I suppose it’s time to outfit Maddie in something else. She’s been wearing that shirt for 3 years now.

I can’t spot the difference. I guess when you say “slightly” you mean it.
Ok I’m curious, why do you keep changing the design and position of the layout bar, it seems to change every couple of weeks?
On repressed memories of sexual abuse:
If this is where you are going with this, I hope you did a similar amount of research. Repressed memories are incredibly controversial and given how easy it is to “suggest” repressed memories, nearly discredited.
Also on the subject of hymens – do not forget tampon use, vigorous exercise, horseback riding and insertive masturbation as reasons for a “virgin” to have no hymen.

Well.. just to chime in
Her shirt doesn’t look off at all. It just looks traditionally correctly clothed…
so there.. traditional rule (at least according to Viennese Business Fashion) 
When you were such a button up vest as a woman, the top and the bottom button need to stay open. A man – on those vests – has to be buttoned up all the way.

I would be more inclined to believe that the bottom button was deliberately left undone (by Maddie) if there was not a top button, also undone, on the facing side.
ditto. not to mention the top and bottom edges seem offset in the identical manner. she musta been in a hurry to get dressed for this walk….
