Setting Carly up for next time…..Cats always think up to the next food bowl hitting the floor.
Any cat, even a kitten, knows full well that a little praise on occasion keeps the servants happy.
Or at least not annoyed enough to reach for the burlap bag and the brick.
Yup. The kitten is marking it’s turf.
When I was younger, I rented a room with some folks who had a vicious dog… meanest thing on the planet, always attacked me. For months I hid in my room. They kept telling me “Let him bite you and you’ll be fine.”. Eventually, Sport got me… still have the scar on my hand… and sure enough… after that… he was the gentlest thing on the planet to me (and anybody else he’d bitten). Eventually, they had to get rid of him cause somebody threatened to sue.
That’s not behavior that they should have tolerated in the first place, especially not if the dog was actually biting hard enough to break the skin.
