An online comic about Ace. A young geek that's too nice for his own good. All he wants is a regular life and a regular girlfriend. But he knows that isn't going to happen. – CGI – Adult situations. Artistic nudity. Not suitable for children or Fundies.
Gabe: Hello! I'm Ace's cousin, Gabe. Gabriel Gibs. Cousin Grace's little brother? OK. Well, I'm here with a special announcement. Today is a very special day. It's Cinco de Mayo! The Day of the Battle of Puebla. Which we Americans think is the Mexican Independence Day. But then we celebrate the Fourth of July as Independence Day while the Declaration of Independence was actually signed on July 2nd, 1776. And we drink lots of Corona Beer, which is not bottled in Mexico. But, what the heck. Any excuse for a party. I'm off to the Portland Waterfront as soon as I'm done here.
Me: Uh, technically correct, Gabe, but not what I was looking for.
Gabe: Web Comic Appreciation Day? But that kind of petered out in the late 2000's. It's not even mentioned on Wikipedia.
Me: No. Well, yes, but today is the 10th anniversary for TMI.
Gabe: That's still a thing? When's the last time you put up a comic? Do you even have any readers left?
Me: I just put a comic up, er, last week. OK, I've slowed down, but no huge gaps like the summer of 2006. I don't get as many daily hits, but most readers seem to still be with me.
Gabe: Oh? I guess I wouldn't know.
Gabe: Since I've been in only one freaking strip in the entire run of the comic!
