Walter: So your fix is the reason you wanted to meet with me.
Pixie: At the time I made our appointment I was going to hit you up for the money set aside to rent a church and reception hall, to clean this place up a little. I just didn't realize how deep a hole I'd dug for myself. I was sure I could get a loan, but apparently you can't borrow money if you don't owe money.
Walter: I can appreciate your conundrum, Miss King. But Mrs. Cartman and Ms. Hazaki have both promised to not “throw money” at the wedding in general. This could put them in an awkward situation.
Pixie: Thinking things through isn't always my strong point. I suppose if I come clean now I could avoid too much trouble. The land owners might find someone else to save the building.
Walter: Don't call it a loss yet. I have contacts that might lead to a grant. Most of the relocation costs could be covered. Do you have a location in mind? What kind of money do you have put aside?
Pixie: Uh, no, and not much.
Walter: So, you have a church, but no place to put it or the money for fixing up, if you could move it in the first place.
Pixie: That pretty much sums it up.
Walter: Frankly, I love your idea for an all inclusive wedding chapel. It doesn't have a huge profit potential, but not all wealth is money.
Walter: Would you be interested having me as a silent partner? You'll excuse me if I insist on handling the books.
