How did I get talked into this?
Carly
In order to gain group acceptance you hastily agreed to doing something before finding out what it was,
Ace
I guess

Cheer up Ace. These bachelor auctions are fun. And its for a good cause.
You might meet someone nice, even.
Ace
But what about you? you're gay.
Carly
I may not always be.
Ace
Huh?
Carly
If family history is any indicator, one Of these days I'll want to settle down. That fact actually makes me very popular at these auctions,
Ace
How' s that?
Carly
Ace, every woman wants to be the one to "turn" a gay boy like me

Well tell your mom that no two human beings are exactly the same.
I do have the opinion of a mature and intelligent lady much more broadly experienced than myself (and I’m going to assume your mom also… and feel safe doing so knowing absolutely nothing about your mom, so take that as you will)
Who would tell you in her experience that most men tend to settle on their sex orientation by a certain age and stay that way for life, however women are quite often “sexually fluid”, which by her definition, means that their orientation changes gradually at different stages of life (awkwardly hertosexual in her teens, experimentally bisexual in her college years, firmly hertosexual and procreative during her adult married years, divorced and bisexual/lesbian-leaning in middle-age… just as an example.)
