More like the spies are also tasked to be his GM team.

That nightmare is very dark. I wonder if Ace could get an otherworldly spirit pregnant. He is suppose to have a beautiful, black baby, isn’t he?
I think it’s more like Jaz’s vision concerning a black child referring to Ace as “daddy” is the thing being most misinterpreted here. Jaz’s vision did NOT confirm (or deny) any idea that the child calling him “daddy” would really be Ace’s child!
Consider what a child from Carly and Rocky is likely to look like & then the type of “family situation” that child will be raised in: In a single word, “unusal” would best describe it. Ace is the only male in the household who doesn’t LOOK like a female, so it’s not much of a leap in logic to think that Carly & Rocky’s kid would call Ace “daddy” at some point in time.
That’s what my first thought was, when Jaz first described her vision. Rocky becoming pregnant (even though it wasn’t Ace who got her pregnant) only seemed to lend evidence that this is how Jaz’s vision would become fulfilled.
AndyO, if I did get your plan right on this point, don’t feel like you have to confirm it. After all, it’s YOUR comic & you still retain the right to leave me with my delusions…
As for the replacements for Spooky & Cleo goes, I don’t think Ace is going to be fooled for a second…At least on the spiritual level, Ace seems to have grown beyond that point.
Yeah, this is how I figured it also.
BTW children are funny that way: My niece, when she was very young, used to call my sister’s cat “Daddy.”
People should also remember what happened -right- after Jaz told her new friends about her visions, and seeing a black child call Ace Daddy. Remember who came along, and told that her in vitro -fertilized child had black donor…

Nah, I don’t think Ace would be fooled… For one thing, neither of them has any red on them. Spooky had Celtic red hair and Cleo Was red with blond hair… Plus this chica doesn’t even have horns.
And that’s not even covering what the watch kitties will turn up the minute they appear. All I can hope is that these two aren’t going to be in any smaller than full grown human form. After all, Michelle was afraid of the kitty in her Actual size, I don’t wanna think what will happen to either of them around the furballs in pint size.
I don’t think they’re going to be pretending to be Spooky and Cleo. They’re using the cover of being a replacement team as a means to keep him under surveillance.
