To be fair, I don’t think many Americans know what a “Qar’N” is either.
Google tells me “karanda” is a type of shrub found in India (sounds like a really boring name). Got nothing on “qar’n”.
“It’s all mysterious”, Americans aren’t SUPPOSED to know what it means.
