An online comic about Ace. A young geek that's too nice for his own good. All he wants is a regular life and a regular girlfriend. But he knows that isn't going to happen. – CGI – Adult situations. Artistic nudity. Not suitable for children or Fundies.
Ace: So, you said you were from Orion?
Peach: The Orion Nebula and general vicinity. You still look a little unsteady. Let X take your arm.
Ace: Seems awfully coincidental that the pilot for Star Trek had a green Orion, uh, woman.
Peach: Slave girl. And that “coincidence” is still under investigation. Gene Roddenberry is a revered figure by my people along with all of your greatest story tellers, artists, poets, et cetera.
Peach: The culture we had was … a left-over, and has been largely abandoned. But if anyone made a guest of him, it wasn't logged. Probably kids on a lark.
X: And we were slaves. Not all that long ago. Even after we cast them down, we had only the language of our masters to speak, and what little history they allowed us. They had no art, no stories, and very little imagination. For over 500 T-years, all we had of technology was learning how to make ancient machines function for us, and, when we were lucky, to get the few remaining fabbers to duplicate some of them. We usually don't speak of them. But, don't be surprised if someone says “Dilmun” and spits.
Peach: Dilmun. *pitui*
Peach: What? It's my ship. And I've already called up a cleaning droid.
