Obviously, Orions look a little differently at family and consanguinity (look it up, it's on the test). If two Orions are asked how they are related, they will describe the closest that seems appropriate in context. Children fostered under the same parents will describe themselves simply as siblings. If their genetic relationship is important, such as picking themselves up a cute guy, then they would specify that one or both is a foster to indicate that they have little consanguinity. (Most Orions will find that they have a common ancestor within 10 generations.) If they were "kissing cousins" that would come up. No point in keeping it a secret; everyone's genealogy is on public record.
Intimate relations, even bondings, between foster siblings isn't common, but "No Inbreeding, No Problem," (it loses something in the translation to English) is how it's looked at.
