Akane: I cannot fault Luna-chan's reasoning, but how certain are you that we are sisters?
Aoi: Luna-chan only thought it was possible, but it turns out that Ace knew something all along.
Ace: Your fathers, Hazaki Tadashi and Ryoshin Satoshi, had a brief falling out just about 10 years ago and things were mistakenly said online where other people might have had access. It was all deleted shortly afterward, but The Internet never forgets. Fortunately, there are very few people that would know where to look, and it's very unlikely anyone else would either be looking for that information, or know who to connect it with if they came across it. It does confirm that, you, Akane-san, are the natural daughter of Mr. Hazaki. I have the contacts to get that erased, but that runs the risk of bringing it to light instead.
Aoi: I haven't confronted my- our father on this matter. We felt it was your decision.
Akane: I do not know why I am not more surprised. They may have married for convenience, but I have never doubted that my parents love each other. The man I called Father always cared for me. Had he disowned me, he could have avoided my own shame. Even now I see why the uncle I was supposed to revere was always so cold toward me, any why my mother was so distant from someone she said had been a close friend.
Akane: Let us tell no one. To pursue a legacy with my natural father would mean to deny my true father and to return to a place no longer home. I am content with whom I do always call Father and where I do now call Home. We must still say “Cousin” but I should like if you hear “Sister” in it's place.
