The Cornstarch Trick
If you were wondering about my cornstarch trick…
So you’re cooking something up in your wok or skillet, and suddenly, you have more water than food in your pan.
Sprinkle in a little cornstarch. A tablespoon or so at a time. Mix the cornstarch in thoroughly.
The cornstarch sticks the moisture back to the food, where it belongs.
And you’re frying again.
