An old house, a geek, a cute transvestite, a very tall lesbian, and at least one ghost–what could happen? – Adult situations and artistic nudity. Not suitable for children.
My wife had a stroke in september and a 2nd one in january, it kind of wrecked her life. but she survived too, and she did everything all of her doctors told her to, and she is almost done with physical and occupational therapy and may be able to return to work again soon. I know its a horrible thing and a tough situation, but there is hope.
We’ve been worried for you, and we’re glad to hear that you’re okay.
Taking a near-miss or compensating via computer assistance etc for spelling and typing is likely to lower your output, and interfere with a hell of a lot of the important things we never see you doing. but that’s way better than a lot of alternatives could have been.
I’ve known people who had strokes before, but the only thing I’ve really learned is that there’s no generalizing them. I’m guessing doctors know more than I do about them but I’ve just never seen any two that were alike enough in terms of symptoms and severity to get any idea how deep the symptoms can be expected to go or how severe they continue to be in the future, etc. So it’s really scary stuff.
Anyway, pay attention to the important things as you adjust. Your life and family are important, so don’t let us and a feeling that you need to produce this comic for us keep you from those essential things. Stuff is going to be different while you adjust, learn to compensate, do therapy, and recover to whatever extent recovery happens for you. Try to be sure the strain of “different” doesn’t turn into alienation or resentment or give cause for it, and keep your life together. We want to see more of your art, but your family and your life are more important than what we want, okay? So be there fore them, do the therapy and whatever else you need to do, and do art when it becomes important to you to do art.
We wish you well this Holiday/Christmas season… We wish you well, and hope you recover to the level you wish to achieve. Plus we miss you… Even if its just to say Hi…
YAY
I prefer the Taron Egerton version, even if it’s a cover. I’m glad you’re feeling better! Hurry up and come back to us.
Is it a cover if Taron is portraying Sir Elton in the biopic? ^_^
*goes off to find the TE version*
Oh, from Sing! But that may have helped him get the Rocketman role. ^_^
“Keep on keeping on.”
and Keep On Truckin’ baby.
And long may this stay true
I hope that your recovery continues!
Same sentiment, different song, with fewer lyrics to distract from the ‘heart’ of this message:

At the possible cost of the mot amusing TMI Comic, I can honestly say, I’d prefer you get better.
Stay strong, man, and in the words of a famous captain, “Never give up! Never surrender!”

Unfortunately it would seem Youtube has removed your Anthem.
Andy!

Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery!
The replacement of the YouTube piece looks like progress.
That’s outstanding.

Sending positive thoughts and vibes.
I’m hoping that you are doing well and that you get better. Hang in there!
More progress. Cool-er.

Anything recent from the comic creator?
Other than he is trying his best to recover? Nope.
Hi hi Delle (Andy’s mom). Sorry for asking this twice. Could you give us an update on Andy? We’re worried.
General well-wishes to you, sir.
Any news at all? I’m starting to get worried.
Just checking in. Hope you are following your rehab routines. YOU can do this.
Recovery is hard and I hope each day’s struggle is a bit easier. Remember that we are all out here still checking in on you.
Andy,
Just to let you know – I’m still here rooting for you
Hope you can come back soon, Andy!
Just getting a little worried for you, Andy. If you can’t post, can you have someone post for you so we know you are OK?
Almost 7 months with absolutely no word. Wishing for the best but starting to worry.
We wish you well this Holiday/Christmas season… We wish you well, and hope you recover to the level you wish to achieve. Plus we miss you… Even if its just to say Hi…
Thanks for sharing your creation with us.
Happy Holidays Andy and Happy New Year. Hope you are doing better.
