Just an FYI here. Scandal Sheet stopped updating in 2009. The URL is still active and the archive is intact.
There is the possibility that the author of Scandal Sheet will start it back up sometime in the near future. Especially if he knows people are interested in reading it.

I hope so also, although I also hope that we will see more of Samantha. She is an interesting character both there and here.
Another FYI Capsaicin breaks down in the digestive tract and doesn’t enter the bloodstream, which is disappointing considering its effectiveness at reducing joint pain in arthritis after injection.
