Vaguely worded laws usually get used to justify more arrests, not less. -_-
This page pretty much clarifies everything I was hypothesizing about last page. Oh well…
Technically vaguely worded laws are to give leeway in how they are enforced. Unfortunately this all too often means they can be used to oppress minorities or those who can’t afford a vigorous defense. We actually have come across the vagueness of the indecent exposure laws before, if you recall at the first party Officer Friendly attended, Jaz did a strip tease on the coffee table and Sharon found herself justifying it as not being in public and therefore not something she had to put on her uniform, as it were.
