Also, guys, you can learn to do a breast exam for your wife/GF, it can make a chore a lot more fun for them (and you). Just remember to finish the job before you let her distract you.
That being said, getting mamograms every year is not good either.
The benefit is less than was hoped, and there are some real harms.
