If they were a fraction as informed as they are trying to imply, they would no he has no last name. And they wouldn’t show their hand on the front step. Ignore the fact that his mom works a highly classified job, dates a Secret Service agent, can call in more high level favors than a Senator, and seems to know more about her son’s life than an average mom of an adult living elsewhere. He’s got neighbors that are also surprisingly well aware of things they shouldn’t know. The two sisters that are also good at finding lost pets?

I was not complaining about their ethics, as they are government goons I would not expect them to having any of those. I do expect them not to be sloppy about their jobs. The first thing they should have done was asked to be let inside, maybe implied that he would not want to be seen being questioned by government officials or pointed out that it might not be safe to discuss these topics where neighbors might overhear things that could put people in danger. On the doorstep, you keep things vague, and you don’t spill what you know until you’ve seen if the person you are questioning is going to try lieing. They are being appallingly sloppy in their method of dealing with Ace, and appear to have failed to do their homework on him. Stupidity.
Well, in their defense, they’re only pretending to be agents. It’s not like they’ve had real NSA training (whatever that is),
