You should alway try to come up with a resolution that you have a realistic chance of keeping. Years ago I resolved to stop make resolutions I wouldn’t keep. Not only has it worked out to be the only resolution I’ve kept, but now I don’t have to spend the time between Christmas and New Years mentally cataloging my flaws.
