Move successful, partly.
I am now in Arizona. The beautiful community of Ajo. Everyone is so pleasant and nice. And, while is HOT here, it is not muggy, or dreary, or cold,… I could go on and on.
I am remarkably doing well, here.
The plan was to resume the comic months ago. But between all that’s going on, that’s proven impossible. I had to give up most of my stuff, and my computer stuff remains in Vancouver. I am starting to think I may never see it again. I have learned my lesson about backup. Its a little on a bacick side, but I did a a special one that never left my sight. And so, there is hope.
I just have to finish paying medical bills, my share of moving cost, replacing the necesites, and what it takes to produce TMI, again.
Welcome, from this Texan.
Arizona winters can be very cold, but you’ll never have to deal with the humidity again. That’s to the good.
Glad you’re making it.

Welcome to AZ brother. I am in Phoenix, and there are a lot of us former USAF SP’s and SF’s here in the land of heat and dust.
I have to say I’ve been to Portland and have relatives in the ‘Couve across the river, so I understand wanting to get away from the wet. I also have relatives in AZ and NM so I know how that also goes. I’m doing a story on a guy who swapped a several year supply of Shiner seasonal beers for a interplanetary shuttle to deliver it with to the Orions in Ceres and the Oort cloud. Dou you have any renderings of an Orion heavy interplanetary shuttle I could use?
It’s great to hear from you, even better to hear you’re doing well.
And while I am looking forward to new content I also know it will be worth the wait so take however much time you need to get yourself settled.
Glad you’re back. Things will settle down sooner or later. Was starting to wonder if you were still in the land of the living.. Hopefully we will be able to find out about what happens to that stuck up countess, and see if she gets whats coming to her or if she has a major change of heart.
Hi Andy, so glad to hear you’re doing well. Don’t worry too much about us, we’ll wait, you get yourself settled and good.
Very glad you are doing better. You health is most important. Keep on going upwards.
Now you have learn how to deal with the heat…
Good to hear from you.
Come winter in Ajo, I am a Scorpion from Phoenix, Tucson, and surrounding area (I lived all over Az!) you will be going why did I not move earlier. So much outdoor fascination and inspiration in your near future. Sunsets and monsoons as you have yet to be amazed by.
glad to hear from you again, was wondering how your recovery was going.
that is a beautiful sagaro cactus, if you have that in your yard would be nice view.
grew up in south dakota with almost every variation of weather, summers with 100+ temps and 100% humidity, to winters where arctic winds from canada came with jetsream and gave us 30 below zero temps with 70 below windchill. we had blizzards that lasted a week, (before weather patterns changed) to summer droughts. and once saw tornado twist highest AM radio tower (at that time) into a steel ball. 10 years ago moved to utah, thinking the higher elevarion would be cooler in summer but i was mistaken. i prefer cooler temps, not the desert heat in summe.
but hope your move is beneficial and desired by you
Glad everything is slowly settling down and that you’re getting better 🙂
So happy to hear that you are doing well. I’ve been checking weekly to see if there is any news. Take your time. We will be patient. Please do update us on your progress once in a while. We do care 🙂
