An old house, a geek, a cute transvestite, a very tall lesbian, and at least one ghost–what could happen? – Adult situations and artistic nudity. Not suitable for children.
Police interrogators refer to it as “The Reed Method”. It’s a technique of getting information out of people that presupposes they are already guilty, and pressures them to provide more details. It’s MEANT to be used in cases where they already have confirmed the suspect is guilty, and are just building the case to provide a solid conviction (or find out where the other bodies are buried, etc) but in practice police use it often on even tentative suspects, or witnesses, verbally bullying them into making a confession. It’s estimated that about 30% of the time, adults can be browbeat into giving an entirely false confession with this method.
It’s much worse when used (completely inappropriately) on children, and results in a false confession about 80% of the time.
Pushing for memories by outside sources, however well intended, will never help. They only upset both parties.
Usually because the one(s) doing the pushing only want the answers to match what they want them to be

Or equally bad, a false accusations or just false eye witness testimony. What it does not result in is accurate evidence or justice.
“Justice” is not what police and prosecutors are incentivized to pursue and produce; convictions are.
“Justice system” is just a name.
