Kimi: Green eggs and ham?
Kimi: Green eggs and ham?
ah nice breakfast 😀 good to see ya back in action hope ya keep da muse trapped in a room so she cant escape
I wonder if black and white sausage goes well with green eggs and ham? 😛
*Blinks and goes back to his coffee* This will make sense to me after the caffeine kicks in.
Hurray! You’re up and running again! Happy New Year and many hugs!
Eggs and ham made from an algae protein substitute?
Bront, actually. Tho the toasted protein strips (and chips) are popular.
It’s been mentioned that Orions (who are descendants of a different tribe of early humanity than homo sapiens; a specific regional group of Neanderthals, IIRC?) have much higher protein requirements than humans, to the effect that a strictly vegetarian diet is effectively not possible.
Not Neanderthals, but the late humans from the Far East, the Denisovans. Who shared enough genes that humans, Neanderthals and Denisovans were capable of interbreeding successfully with progeny that could breed back either way. We have enough Denisovan DNA to make that analysis and determine compatibility.
That was their name, yes. Been a while since I read that section. (I’ll get there soon, I’m sure.)
I had thought they might be a Neanderthal-related group based on Luna saying her genetic tests came back saying she had some Neanderthal DNA in her.
I see a certain awakened got her little french maid outfit…
Larger Orion ships include a Cosplay department.
Haven’t been able to see the comics in a couple months, butt have continued voting as often as remembered (usually at least 5 times a week, unable to see the invotive either, butt that’s okay, voting is what matters)
Oh, there’s the image
Wait, they found a maids’ outfit for Ready, but couldn’t find some pants for Kimi? o_O
What makes you think Kimi WANTS pants?
If Kimi is still suffering burns, the last thing she wants is anything with a waistband. I’ve had a few sunburns over the years that made any tight clothing a bad idea, fortunately for me, I didn’t have to wear a bra with any of them as a loose shirt caused enough discomfort.
Except she’s wearing panties
Do we know if she had any tattoos there?
If she is comfortable enough to have the waistband of panties, then she would be comfortable to have pants on
The waistband on panties is very different from the waistband on pants. The space covered is much smaller on panties (also smaller than on men’s underwear) and thus less likely to foldover and bind into the skin.
Panties tend to be tighter than pants, while the band itself may be smaller, it has a greater chance of ‘digging in’ to the skin
Not if you get a proper fit for your panties. Undergarments should not pinch, or dig into the skin, nor should they be so loose as to fall off. Those are all signs of a poor fitting garment.
You raise a good point, but I was thinking less about post-burn sensitivity and more in terms of her previously demonstrated comfort with her own skin. If the ambient temperature is good, why bother with extra clothing?
That’s a good point, butt, she is not in her own home though
And Japanese nudity traditions are very different from European ones. As both ladies have stated, nudity in front of close family or friends is allowed, but there is the potential for an unknown crew member to walk in, so Kimi wears some covering.
Plus, AndyO likes to keep this webic relatively PG, and, while even if she wasn’t wearing anything below you wouldn’t be able to ‘see’ anything, someone would complain about her being naked except for the see-through shirt
Don’t forget the previously mentioned requirement to be wearing a shipsuit or have one stored nearby. Kimi may have requested that she shipsuit resemble clothing she would normally wear.
That actually sounds like something I’d order…..
I know of three recipes for green eggs and ham, although between Ace’s penchant for putting hot sauce on everything and the recipe for huevos divorsados, there ought to be a fourth. If there isn’t, I might as well claim it since no one else has done the obvious. Anyway the three I found when my children were little were:
1. Green food coloring.
2. Pesto.
3. (Martha Stewart) Gather basil from your garden … (To make fresh pesto, of course.)
My recipe for green eggs and ham. Fry your ham, scramble your eggs, then put them under a heat lamp for 1-2 hours until it turns naturally green.
That’s what the book is about, eating old food. I will not eat old food sam-I-am.
Not if you pick the correct pair and fit. They actually make some that deliberately don’t bind at all (they tend to be amazingly lightweight with just enough give to form fit to curves without pressing into skin.) During a woman’s period, elastic bands can also become very uncomfortable as hormonal fluctuations lead to water weight and swelling.
Judging from old invotives I have saved to my USB stick, she had tattoos almost everywhere, including the bikini area.
Yes, and while I seldom worn bikinis I have gotten several burn low enough to make panties uncomfortable, I would never consider sitting on any chair save my own without putting something absorbent between myself and the chair. Preferably something that was my own. To do otherwise is just poor hygiene and to my thought, rude. Even with the best cleanliness, there are secretions and such that drip from the areas that can transmit unpleasant health conditions.
Those seem to be glass (or equivalent) topped chairs (to match the table), so should be easy to sterilize after usage
Bare flesh would stick to glass making getting out of the chair uncomfortable at best and more likely downright painful. Think bare legs on a varnished wooden chair, multiple the sticking area to butt as well and set every nerve ending on fire. I’d still opt to wearing panties, especially with everyone else in the room being dressed.
