She’s Gabe’s sister.

Yes on all counts. She also took over handling the IT department when Ace became the head of the company.
Indeed. That was SUPPOSED to give her an alternative to spinning the pole, as Ace and her dad discovered she was doing after her mom cut her off in the middle of her college education.
So it is surprising to see her back here again… to anyone who has never known any actual strippers in their life.
Rather than “demeaning” it can be a pretty large ego stroke. Sex workers of all stripes are usually left off of worker job satisfaction surveys… because it’s kind of awkward when they like their job better than everyone else who likes to think they’re better than whores.

Pretty-sure that Ace_&Grace are just cousins.
Ace’s mom (Gina) has a brother (Gary) who’s the father to Grace&_Gabe.
As of 2021, Ace has no known siblings, but there are 2 (known) half-sisters: Luna_&_Sky.
The girls were conceived from the ovaries of Peach (a Green Orion).
Luna was “birthed” from a surrogate-mom, Hellene — Larry’s wife.
Sky was gestated from an artificial womb, since Orion women can’t survive childbirth.
If Larry_Lawton has sired any other kids, it’s not-yet been revealed.
I gotta say, it’s a serious challenge to keep all this straight!

Larry has several more children via Peach (a total of 12) but she was only permitted to raise three of them personally (the rest went to childless and infertile Orion families… and one is Luna). There’s Sky, of course, whom we have seen repeatedly; Gilligan, whom has oft been referred to, and Dawn… who I don’t think we ever hear about much, if at all.

Also, most of this hasn’t been revealed at this point in the story. The only thing we know this far is that the blonde woman is Grace who is Ace’s cousin, Gabe’s sister and the daughter of Gary and Charity Gibs. Luna is Ace’s half sister through their father Larry.
