I never understood that last line. NORAD is at (under?) Cheyenne Mountain, so what does Ace mean? He knows some, but not all I guess?

Basically, the Stargate program (from series like SG1) is active in this universe. Ace is saying he knows that the base at Cheyenne Mountain ISN’T just a NORAD base as it’s publicly known for.
