Out of the Nest

Welcome to TMI. Please pardon the mess. At the time of this writing I’m recovering the site due to my hosting provider evaporating along with the backups they were supposedly keeping for me.
You may notice a difference in quality. The first few strips have been redone, and I’m hoping to eventually bring all of the older strips up to newer standards (I had limitted resources when I originally started this).
So, thank you for bearing with me.
Cheers!

Me too.
Welcome back, Andy! π Glad to see that things are starting to go smoothly again.
I’m up for transcription, I just have to remember how. Also, I’m not sure if this is the user account with which I formerly did transcription.
Glad to see the site back. Im up for helping out whenever i get the chance.
Another reason to re-re-re-re… …re–re-read the story π
The Oregonian seems to have written off SpritOne… and John Odgen seems to have lied about service restorations. Looks like the service is pretty much t*ts up. So sorry ,brother. That’s gotta sting.

Class Action Lawsuit.

It would appear that a Class Action Lawsuit has been filed in US District Court in the State of Oregon vs TELECOMPUTER SERVICES, INC. dba SPIRIT ONE, INC., an Oregon corporation, and JOHN OGDEN, an Oregon individual, Defendants.
Hoo boy.

Looking on the positive side, this is the perfect excuse for an archive crawl. (As if I ever need an excuse other than time on my hands to read.)
In real estate it is Location, Location, Location.
In IT it’s Backups, Backups, Backups.
Welcome back.
OH! Remastered early strips! I wonder when that happened? I’m glad I decided to do another archive crawl while we wait for news of Andy’s (hopefully) full recovery! π
Yes… Andy’s skill working these 3D models came a LONG way over the years, and these first ones were a bit hard to look at after being accustomed to the more modern standard (though you can say that about pretty much any webcomic, unless it’s the latest project of an artist who’s done one or two more lengthily comics beforehand and has polished up their refined style already).
First Draft Ace looked a lot like he was bald with a couple hundred pins glued head-first to his scalp. π
