If you’re immediately rude to someone you just met, you’re not high-class.
High-class people are taught and use manners.
She isn’t being rude to somebody she just met, she’s being rude to an old friend ABOUT somebody she just met. Sometimes with an old friend the only way to get them to listen about certain subjects is to be rude or yell.
