Looks like Jaz left a detail or two out of the telling.
There’s fun details and inconvenient points…
Reference to an earlier page where she was so impressed he made a sugar-free low-carb chocolate cake, she cried out, “Marry me!” Mind you, that was a joke.
Which would have been fine except she said she wasn’t kidding.
…except that on the very-next page she now says that she WAS kidding.
Sounds like she spoke first, & considered the consequences afterwards.
My bad, what she said was that it was not a request. When Luna arrives home and finds the two of them on the kitchen floor someone says that the negotiated down from marriage. At no point in either of the two comics was anything said about Jaz not being totally serious about marriage.
