It’s possible she hasn’t. Her mother’s kind of a stick in the mud, and while she’s boasted about her own “sexual experience” and non-virginity… it was actually a rather typical fumbling teenage exploration. Not exactly an earth-shaking experience where one claims to have seen God.
It’s reasonable to assume she’s not confused about what’s going on upstairs, however.
