Running without proper support is uncomfortable for anyone over certain sizes. Male or female, doesn’t matter as long as you don’t insist the area being sized is in the same location.
Most of the women I’ve known would agree with you, on the other hand, on my trip to Cuba, there were a group of indigenous ladies performing a tribal dance that involved a lot of bouncing up and down. Their only upper support was body paint. One of the ladies was a little heavier than the rest, and considerably “blessed”. The other women in my travel party couldn’t believe she could keep bouncing like that, though she seemed fine. I suppose it’s something you can get used to?
Braziers aren’t something that has existed for very long in the grander scope of human history after all.
I didn’t say it can’t be done, only that it is uncomfortable. You’d be amazed at what you can do that is downright painful if you have the right incentive. Professional dancers put more strain on their entire bodies than just a bit 9f bouncing.
Could be a lot worse off.
