Personally still have to remember the ‘breathe’ part: take a brief ‘pause’, either on the in or out breath, and… forget what to do next (with a bit of ‘forget how‘ mixed in) 🙁
Looking back, “Nothing is eternal” is a bit of an odd statement to come out of the mouth of a character who is a devote Christian.

Actually, it’s usually after breathing out, when the lungs are empty, specially when in a vehicle, not because of the smell or the motion, belive it may have to do with not having to use oxygen while moving
