An old house, a geek, a cute transvestite, a very tall lesbian, and at least one ghost–what could happen? – Adult situations and artistic nudity. Not suitable for children.
Create you own religion. I identify as an eclectic solitary pagan. I believe what I believe, and part of what I believe is that no organized religion can remain true to its founder, nor do any two people believe in exactly the same way, hence the reason I’m solitary. I can discuss my personal beliefs, or those of others, and I’m perfectly happy to listen to various masses and services, but I don’t particularly care for people trying to drag me into their belief systems.
Makes perfect sense to me
Mum is a Jehovah’s Witness, and, while don’t personally believe in any of it, am fine with discussing things with her about it
I once tried to work out a religion based on belief in Ah, Megami-sama. The Church of Belldandy, where we acknowledge ALL gods and goddesses ever worshiped by mankind are real, however they’re busy with desk jobs in the grand machinations of the universe, and are probably too busy to worry about your personal problems.
Keiichi the Saint of Builders is our primary role model/messiah-figure, as the one our Goddess Belldandy named her favourite: the one who hates no one no matter how he is treated; who always helps when he reasonably can do so; who takes broken things and fixes them instead of throwing them away; and who always moves forward through life despite what setbacks and roadblocks are thrown in front of him…
…Not actually a bad guide to leading a good life, really.
If ever I were to find religion, I kind of like this one.
